If that wasn't the biggest load of propaganda I've ever seen, then I don't know what is.
The video was produced by the UAE's property development arm in 2008 prior to their disastrous asset bubble collapse. Right now Dubai is having enough trouble financing their own fanatical property development dreams, nevermind in a country that notoriously places at the bottom of every international well being ranking.

Hopefully we see some better architecture as this development progresses.
